Because we sell digital goods, your font files are assembled and delivered immediately to your secure account Vault upon successful payment.

While we strive for 100% uptime, Type Forward relies on third-party cloud infrastructure (such as secure storage servers and payment gateways). We are not legally liable for delayed digital delivery, site downtime, or temporary Vault unavailability caused by external network outages, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If you experience a technical issue or billing error, you must contact us at hello@typeforward.com so we can resolve it.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider without contacting us first constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Type Forward reserves the right to immediately suspend your account, dispute the chargeback with evidence of digital delivery, and permanently revoke all associated font licenses.

All content on this site—including type specimens, images, text, graphics, and layouts—is owned by Type Forward or our licensors. Unless we explicitly grant permission, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, mirror, or redistribute our website content.

You may not use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or similar tools to access, extract, index, or download our content at scale. You may not circumvent rate limits or security controls, nor may you use our content, images, or font specimens to build or train artificial intelligence datasets or models without our express written permission.
