• Mandatory Accounts: To purchase font licenses and download files, you must create a user account. We do not offer guest checkout. This ensures you always have secure access to your font files, license documents, and free updates.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities and purchases that occur under your account.
• Age Requirement: This site and its services are intended for users aged 18 and older.
• Electronic Invoices & Receipts: By completing a purchase, you consent to receive your invoices and fiscal receipts electronically via email and/or your secure dashboard.

These Terms of Use govern your interaction with our Website and the e-commerce platform. However, the actual font software you purchase is governed by our End User License Agreement (EULA). By completing a purchase and downloading our font software, you are explicitly agreeing to be bound by the EULA corresponding to your selected license tier.

Because we sell digital goods, your font files are assembled and delivered immediately to your secure account Vault upon successful payment.

While we strive for 100% uptime, Type Forward relies on third-party cloud infrastructure (such as secure storage servers and payment gateways). We are not legally liable for delayed digital delivery, site downtime, or temporary Vault unavailability caused by external network outages, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We offer a voluntary 14-day commercial guarantee for all standard shop orders. If you need a refund, you must contact us at hello@typeforward.com within 14 days of your purchase. We only process full refunds; partial refunds are not supported.

Please note:

• License Revocation: Upon the issuance of a refund, your End User License Agreement (EULA) is immediately terminated. You must delete all copies of the font files.

• Access Blocked: You will permanently lose access to download the font ZIP files and the License PDF from your account Vault.

• Tax Records: For your accounting purposes, your original Invoice, Receipt, and the newly generated Credit Note will remain securely accessible in your account.

If you experience a technical issue or billing error, you must contact us at hello@typeforward.com so we can resolve it.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider without contacting us first constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Type Forward reserves the right to immediately suspend your account, dispute the chargeback with evidence of digital delivery, and permanently revoke all associated font licenses.

All content on this site—including type specimens, images, text, graphics, and layouts—is owned by Type Forward or our licensors. Unless we explicitly grant permission, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, mirror, or redistribute our website content.

You may not use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or similar tools to access, extract, index, or download our content at scale. You may not circumvent rate limits or security controls, nor may you use our content, images, or font specimens to build or train artificial intelligence datasets or models without our express written permission. Standard search engine indexing that respects robots.txt is allowed.

Our site contains links to third-party websites (for example, shops like Fontspring/MyFonts). We are not responsible for their content, functionality, or privacy practices.

The Website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties regarding the Website’s operation and limit our liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website. (Note: Liability regarding the font software itself is governed separately by the EULA).

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. If a dispute arises, the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria, will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory EU consumer protection rules dictate otherwise.
