Because Type Forward provides digital font software, our products are delivered instantly. By agreeing to our terms at checkout, you expressly consent to the immediate execution of the contract and acknowledge that you waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.
Our 14-Day Commercial Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our fonts and want you to be confident in your purchase. Therefore, we offer a voluntary 14-day commercial guarantee. You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided that the font software has not been used in any live, published, or commercial project.
Refund Conditions & Process:

Full Refunds Only: We only process full refunds. We do not offer partial refunds for font licenses.

License Revocation: Upon the issuance of a refund, your End User License Agreement (EULA) is immediately terminated and legally voided. You must immediately delete all copies of the font files from all your devices.

Access Blocked: You will permanently lose access to download the font ZIP files and the License PDF from your secure account Vault.

Tax Records Maintained: For your accounting purposes, your original Invoice, Receipt, and the newly generated Credit Note will remain securely accessible in your account.

Promo Codes: If a single-use promo code was used for the refunded order, it is considered “burned” and will not be reactivated.

Exceptions (After the [tf_refund_days]-Day Guarantee)
Once the 14-day commercial guarantee period has expired, all sales are final. We will only consider a refund, replacement, or adjustment after this period under these strictly defined circumstances:

Defective Files: If the font software is corrupted or does not perform substantially as described, and our technical support team cannot provide a fix or replacement within a reasonable timeframe (as outlined in our EULA Warranty).

EU VAT Verification Downtime: If the EU VAT verification system (VIES) was temporarily offline during your checkout and VAT was charged by default. Please contact us with your valid VAT number, and we will issue a refund.
License Upgrades
If you realize you need a larger license (e.g., upgrading from 5 to 20 Desktop Users, or adding Web usage), this is not a refund. Please contact our support team, and we will issue a custom quote or discount code so you only pay the difference for the upgrade.
How to Request Support
If you experience an issue with your font files, please contact us at hello@typeforward.com before opening a dispute with your payment provider. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first constitutes a breach of your purchase agreement. This will result in immediate account suspension, dispute evidence submission regarding digital delivery, and the permanent revocation of all associated font licenses.
